DELIVERY
Corudi uses a range of delivery methods and the costs are as follows:
Free delivery within Finland. Delivery by Finnish Post (Posti).
20€ for delivery within Europe.
30€ for delivery on items outside of Europe.
Our international delivery carrier depends on the destination of the order. If you are receiving your order outside of Finland, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.
It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
STOCK ITEMS vs. MADE TO ORDER
Any orders on items that are listed as “in stock” will be processed within 2 working days. Delivery time depends on delivery location and carrier’s conditions. Deliveries to Finland are expected to complete in 2-5 working days, and outside Finland in 7-14 days.
Because all our products are handmade in limited batches, we don’t always hold stock of every item. If the jewellery piece you would like to order is not currently in stock, you will see a note at the side of the product that it is ‘Made to Order’. You will be informed by email if this is the case – and orders can take between 2-6 weeks to complete. We will update you of the expected delivery time with your confirmation email. If you have any queries, or are in an exceptional hurry please email the team on info@corudi.fi and we will do our best to help you.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Corudi will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the order.
If you wish to change or return products, please contact us first for the instructions. Please attach your name, contact details and your bank account number for receiving the refund.
Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.
We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer support of the online shop immediately in a case of reclamation. The consumer has a right to file a dispute in the Consumer Disputes Board in a case of dispute between the online shop and the consumer.
